Member: 234440 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 20 | Alcatel OT-MOVE 2 hard reset I'm trying to reset the MOVE 2 because of too many attempts to enter the code, the Volume Up + Home + Power to enter the Factory menu, and when you select Clear Flash, it is reset, and up again to the same thing. Unlock with GBKEY did not help. How to reset to default? Has anyone worked on this model? thanks |

Hold down Volume UP + Power (on the screen will show triangle) 2. Now Press one time HOME buton (will show menu) 3. With up and down arrow select wipe data/factory reset 4. Press one time bottom/left touch button 5. Select YES 6. One more time press bottom/left touch button (wait for reset) Thanks. |
