Yes i try use vpn but same

Some users say that they solved using VPN...but we know that is not best solution

we will need do changes in all client sw, coz seems from china, port used in sw has been bloqued.

as soon as is done, we will annonce update. after many tests we know what is cause of problem... From china no possible use port of comunication.

we will make changes and inform all users.
Hope you understand that problem is not from our side.
