problems with detecting blackberry phone with read code - GSM-Forum

Hi, i havent been able to unlock any blackberry using gb-key read codes with phone connected on usb. the read codes part of the software does not highlight and there is nothing in the model drop list. i have all the correct blackberry drivers installed on my pcs and can unlock with other devices but for some reason gb-key not reading blackberry.

the gb-key dongle is installed ok as ive managed to unlock other model of phones. i have also tested the dongle on another pc with windows xp but still the same problem.

any help would be great

Not Enabled that option...
that is not a problem , is just that that option is not eneabled...
will Post a IMEI+Mep reader in some minutes and will upload to Web..
You can use it till we do enable that option in main SW

thanks for the quick response. i wondered why i didnt work, at least now i know that this option is not available so i can stop trying
