i have instales driver but sw say gb key not fount i have tryed all ports but same any idea ??????????

did you download drivers from here ?

who is your reseller ?
uninstall Egate drivers and reinstall the drivers in the link
for win7, no need install drv, os automatically installed

plesae give more details (who is your reseller )

Yes, axalto-e-gate and any kind of e-gate do that to the program.

I had to really pull it out... using dc-unlocker uninstaller.
being opening days it is more than reasonable that this kind of glitches may appear.

will be posting a full review as soon as I try some of the functions.

but I use the e-gate supported box a lot more than I will be using your dongle. I put the gbkey smartcard on each and every single p-key and smartcard reader I have. And the error kept on coming. Take that on mind. My rocker dongle box's card reader was malfunctioning and I just put the smartcard on another box and did the job. Same with Setool, now that it doesnt want the "not good enought readers" and then I had to use a p-key to be able to run setool.

even the really picky ust pro behave well with the other boxes/smartcards if you install them properly.

polarbox now doesnt work if there is ANY other dongle/box conected to the same PC.

now I will be using some of the time trying to figure this out.

use this SW ver and it will automaticalled solve your drivers Problem..all is internal, you will not see nothing...but You just will be able to use your GB-Key with other reader, with the reader we sent, at the same time with any box any other dongle (perhpas other boxes will not allow, so plug them first if you want)

am oumaokwany have use my best dongle 4 sometime but i instal rocker dogle in the same machine en it start sowing me dongle not conected my reseller is hassanjinja can any one help me pls.

hello. my gb-key not work too..after i put card from gb-key dongle to card reader from mx key and all is ok.

I Had the same problem, and change the reader for other example mxkey and the card was read for the software

The readers are bad quality.

Hello,

Readers are tested before to send and they work perfectly, it can be a conflict with drivers, can you make a snapshot of windows drivers with GBKey inserted ?
