Member: 148814 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1576882 Thanks Meter: 5,012 | any user of GBKEY , when he face any problem, the normal way to solve is search in forum ask for support. we always solve problems of any user, and as last solution, we do refund credit if necessary., in your case, you did ask for support, and you got it, but your words was : ALL YOUR BLAH BLAH ...pretending that support given to you was bla bla, your credit has been refunded, and hope you do not use anymore samsung service if your behaviour will be same. if you do ask for an LG code, or any ONLINE code in any web, and your customer take phone, you will ask for refund too ? assume your responsablity, and try get better modality and respect to people when they try help you !!! giving support, stay hours and hours frent of PC to try solve others problems is not bla bla. no regard |

Member: 455304 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 417 | i understand what your saying i mite not alway use the rite word but i told you from upfront customer already gone and dont want to leave the phone and you still telling me you does have to get phone to get solution so that why i said after all your saying customer gone and my credit was aslo gone and customer support aint support to get vex and tell me use the forum for help we buy your product and didnt beg for it and it not the first time i use chat support was i rude in the pass ??? if 100 more like me get the problem with that same model you ask them to use forum for help one use of wrong word and you gone take it personal nunsense |

Support got 24-48h to solve problem that is normal in all box then what you want more ? If you not have time to solve this with phone in hand then you should change job or start use only calc codes by imei and no any other way. All direct service are firmware depending and this is in all manufacture not only samsung and need calc that if something not work you should give gbkey movie what you do with phone to check what wrong was and without this then should't give you credits back becosue if something not work 90% case is user fault. And this only can see on movie or by teamview(not always supporter got time for this). |
