problem here solved , gbkey run and read sn but then error:8008 solved buying omnikeyreader , problem was in gpgblack reader

Hello,
I feel really desperate... I've already installed the last version (1.38), Driver setup, USB CCID Driver, also gpg Card Drivers and Scard Reader driver...and when I open newGBKey it says "GBKey not found!! What did not I understand???

HI

desinstall scard drivers in your PC
download and install FEITIANdrivers (download from support)

if you still have problems, contact with Support and get Teamviewer Ready

GBKEY not found on Windows 7,
microsoft usbccid smartcard reader (WUDF) error,
windows has determined the driver software of your device is up to date, i can't install the driver

I have gb-Key gpg black and will not be installed i have message gb-key not found I installed the drivers FEITIANdrivers but it still will not give do sambady anyone teamviwier help or do I have to change my reader thanks

You do not need to change reader if you install well drivers manually (TOKEN HOLDER, TOKEN DEVICE selecting Feitian drivers files)

what OS are you using ???

I did personally install drivers FEITIAN on win7 x64 andGBKEY did work fine for me
some user also did do, and others couldn t ,perhaps coz wind7 is not updated, or they use a modified ver of windows or perhaps for other reason...

so, plz try install manually,if no chance, you can always use any other scard reader that supports TOP Gemalto cards

dont work my gb-key,but have win7 32 bit & good smard card driver for my key,has worked in a week.antivirus stopped & next clear the antivirus sw.but gb-key not found!
my reader: jaf pkey reader!
but in this work the reader!
What is the problem?
