what model you selected in SW

select the Port Manually and check if 9018 is available, so, select it and try

please explain better your problem, coz i do not understand well your english.

BTW, you have to desactivate Debugging in Application menu. so if is enabled, disable it and retry , or change USB port/ reinstall drivers.

why gb-key does not unlock new version alkatela ot-990, is one of the developers can correct the mistake, not to lag behind the other boxes

You don't say anything about what you do and how you do it, just that it's a mistake and so on... If you continue in this way... nobody will help you.

Same problem on me.I try to unlock Alcatel OT-990

Detecting serial port...
Detected : Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9017
Error reading security !!! (9006)

Phone have bug after this operations no network.
Problem solved.
Phone flashed and unlocked (read code) with Furios.
Its meybe problem with GB key direct unlock and ease some area.
Furious read code and its ok no problem wit network.

First post is options cant read phone solved and response phone.
Unlock options and have problem phone no network.

Hi,

When you have error reading security !!! (9006) it means that software can't read security , so NOTHING is written to the mobile phone, so your phone can't have a network bug, it is impossible !!!!.
And if you did direct unlock with GBKey , how could you connect with the mobile phone if before you couldn't, can you explain it?
I think Furious doens't flash this mobile phone only reads codes, maybe I'm wrong..
You could help as minimum saying what is your provider... I will prepare a mobile phone with your firmware and version and will show a video unlocking this mobile phone.

Solved and unlock phone with GB-Key.
After unlock no network on phone.

Hi,

I have tested with Telenor Serbia firmware and I could connect even with usb debugging activated (Qualcomm HS-USB Android DIAG 9018) , I could read and unlock without problems and with network service...
Anyway I will make a button for restoring the changes in security file during unlocking until we detect what is the problem.
