- Turn off the device
- Press and hold the volume down and power keys simultaneously for at least 10 seconds
- Insert USB cable
- Push "Erase FRP" button

i do that but nothing hapend please help

Turn off the device

then hold the volume down button

when u see fastmood check the drivers are installed

after do reset frp
