why you want to read log from 20dig.NCK phone?
nobody will bruteforce it, it not effective to calculate it approx.1year calculation per phone

no you are wrong calculation take the same time like other SL3 but result when 100% will be like this

same time? yes, if you will use same parameters as for 15dig.NCK calculation then you'll receive CODE NOT FOUND, but this is not correct method

once you set parameters for 20dig.NCK code will be found, but calculation will take ages (with best systems)
