If not you have to wait till it is completed, once it is completed the credits will be added automatic.

If your user name is the same as your paypal email, it will remain the same. The credit department will send you the credit recharge notice and IF your user name isn't the same as your paypal email, it will send new account name which will be the same as your paypal email address together with the activation link for you to key in your own passwords. However, if you still have an old account which user name is not in paypal email address, please forward your previous activation email OR your transaction to the support. They will move your old user credits to your new account for you immediately.
