Q: How to use or install the logger? A: Install all the drivers from the "runtime" folder and that's all. Q:How to read phone with the logger? A: Login the logger with your user and pass, put the phone in "PC suite Connective" Mode. On the bottom of the logger software, it will shows if the phone is connected. Once phone connected, just click "READ". Log will be saved at the same folder where you placed the logger exe. Q: How come I can't find my log after reading? How to solve it? A: Due to Window 7 security (Administration right on C drives), the log is either moved to other hidden location or deleted by Window itself. What user need to do is to use our non-installation pack or move the installed folder from "C:\Program Files (x86)\NKSL3Logger " to other drives. Make sure you are using the logger exe from the folder where you placed. Q: How to retrieve back your missing log file? A: User can easily recover their missing log file by reading the phone again even with their credit 0. (User ID must be active!) Q: How come logger can't read my phone and stopped at "Stage 1 or Stage 2 or Stage 3" ? A: Wait abit till it is done or any error prompted. Read the phone again. Make sure your internet connection is fine. Q: How come logger prompted "stage 1 or stage 2...error" when reading phone? A: Disable all your Firewall such as Window firewall, third-party software firewall or router firewall. Q: I got this error from logger "Booting phone ... Unable to init phone" when reading phone. How to fix it? A: Use a fully charged battery. If problem still occur, After reading the phone info while logger trying to boot the phone in flash mode, remove the battery and insert it back again to enable flash mode. Q: I got this error from the logger “Booting phone … OK, Unable to decrypt hashes”. How to fix it? A: Make sure your battery is fully charged and make sure that phone model is on the supporting model list and there is enough credits in your account to read the phone.
