unable to read out 6303i rm638
Hi, everytime i try to read out log program closed. what can i do? use win xp sp3

Please try to install the runtime inside the folder provided. And make sure your window is updated.

on three computers same problem... program disapears when i try to read out log

goes untill backup pm then program disapears..... any solutions? Anyone handle 6303i?? cause it seems that it doesn`t work with this device

no can`t cause programm disapear to fast after press the log-button as i said it doesn`t work on three computers (2 x win XP sp3 and one with windows 7)

of course i used last release and your nokia drivers. just try it on a fully new notebook wich i setted up yesterday... still the same problem. connected ok but if i press read log program disapear.... i only need logs for one or two Nokia 6303i

yes this was because of a driver fault, after install correct drivers program works till read pm and then disapear.. is very fast so i don`t have any chance to copy logfile... i bet is because of this 6303i... are you sure it can be done via usb?

Had checked it with the logger. Seems it is fine. Below is the test from other user who successfully readout the log.
