Hi..

Try to change the size of flash ID.
select Auto Fullflash then write the boot file again..

Did you try to READ Backup and After you Read Try to ERASE and write this boot file again SE SO-01B bootfile.

If still not solve, you need to wait our product supporter of what their opinions.
