It is already one month that i'm trying to install this miracle box , nothing is working , the green led is always on . Today i found a selftest button in dashboard , i made it and i got this error : Box-Self Error, ID: C4_1B_5. What does it mean ? I tryed to install on several pc with different os but nothing. Even the pinouts scan doesn't work , what can i do ? Is it difected ? Do i have to send it back to my supplier ? There is something that i have to do it ?

your box hardware is dameg
reason conecting shorting board on your box
contact with your reatiler need to repair/change your box hardware
