i am facing same problem.my box some time connected and sometime not.when plug usb cable only red lite glow its connected and when green or blue glow its not connected. and after trying many times with plug\unplug usb cable and port its working again. change usb cable and port/pc not work for me.box is 18 months old .can anyone guide me
