can not connected box, box info error( Answered)

Hi,
I have problem with my miracle box.
was working ok on software version 2.33

but now its shows this error after i reinstall it
can not connected box, box info error

please help

Excuse me for a long time have not used Skype so I did not remember that I have put the settings of my conversations only to contacts, now I sent id + passowrd will stay connected,, thank you
