Celkon A9+ Restart Solution


I am New in miracle box
i hava celkon a9+
Problem is Restart..
But When i connect phone With Miracle but not detected
so plz give me proper advice...
how to do this?
also i connect phone with usb but error

Phone contact with The Cable bad. Scanned Failure
