Does miracle support qcom???

I have a dead chinise qualcomm android phone while another one is working set of the same model,my question does miracle box has an option of backing up rom of this chip since its an android phone and write on the dead phone?and if not which box or software available can solve my problem.

no any chinese box support read and write in qcom cpu
