Member: 2240998 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 27 | Hard reset is taking technicians out of business Most phone users have come to understand the word 'HARD RESET' so whenever they have issues with their phones especially issues like pattern lock, hang on logo and general software issues, they do it themselves making it difficult for we the technicians to get work to do. They will only bring such work when their attempts fail. I will therefore wish to plead with you to liaise with all phone manufactures to try and make hard reset a thing of the past. The sad aspect of it is that we have made heavy investment in the boxes we use for our work but we hardly get work to do. Please champion this crusade for us. Thank you for understanding me |
