you are try disable antivirus and try run as administrator

not fix for me..even disable anti virus.where is the problem..i try to delete HANDLE.INI..disable antivirus...renistal win 7 32 bit and change to win 7 64bit why why..why always update but always have a problem after update instalation this case i only find from miracle box only ...other box doesnt have problem like this
