Go go custom setting tab and select your phone model
And try unlocking it ...if it still fails then keep pressing the boot key and repeat the above method... post the results here

I have tried custom settings, i have tried different boots. The most i can get is this:

After that box stop doing anything and start button is active again - and phone restarts after a while. No error anywhere. I have tried it with connected battery, disconnected battery.

I did, but this is only active forum about this, i will try to reinstall all drivers, that Meizu is really different from others devices, but right now i have lots of Xiaomi phones to unlock, so i will but it on hold. Will reply with some solution after i will fix this
