please help me support or member for m-horse 720 264mb not 528mb pattern lock format and unlock but no success,please help with pac file. Why delete my 1st post?.

i think its firefox os u can use og file thn write nv only

@wisdom001 that is the same problem we are facing with even itel it1353 format still password not done.....

Open the phone snap inside pcb like 3 places with label and let me check if i have that file ok..i need to see pcb labels to check my files and upload for u ok...

PULL THE SCREEN UP TO SEE UNDER SCREEN PCB YOU WILL SEE PAPER WRITTEN WITH SOMETIN...CHECK IF ANY OF THE NUMBERS APEAR THERE.. OR BETTER STILL SNAP THAT SIDE TOO AND UPLOAD LET ME SEE

GC925 WITH ANY OF THOSE NUMBERS POSTED ABOVE CHECK VERY WELL LET ME USE THAT TO FIND UR FILE OK...

Wisdom001,

This log looks like that of itel 1353 and not m-horse 720. Can u cross check again and send me a PM.
I have solution for both phones which are spd chip phones.

Nothing attach only gc925 just like in the picture and @feturi if you have solution post it because it will help other member with the same problem.
