1. Go "My Computer"
2. Go "C" Drive
3. Then Go "Program File"
4. Go "Miracle Box" Folder
5. Create "Logs" Folder

My Miracle box shows not connected error
I installed ver 1.91 miracle box, but when i open Miracle's software, the following error shows up.

“Your Miracle box is not connected please connect your miracle box”

I created a Logs folder in the directory folder where Miracle software is installed.

when I open the software, the light of alarm of the box turns on.

I also tried different versions of software, but it didn't work.

Is there any solution for the problem?

Did u disable antivirus before installing it
