I installed 2.31 twice but its not working. Unable to open. 2.30 is working fine on my PC. I am using windows XP -SP - 3. Any solution? Plz help...

miracle box not working properly 2.31 but 2.30 working fine miracle Team update i try delete all old files and install but open software flashnig file not uplode...full sloo...plse.................update
