I am using v2.30 and since today morning, the box is not opening. if i click the icon, there is neither sound nor any action. I uninstalled the software from add/remove program and then deleted the files from c

rogram files and reinstalled it, but still it is not working. Even i tried installing v2.31, but same problem. I am using two computers windows xp and windows 7 but the problem remains the same. Till yesterday
night i was using it. Solution please.
