Miracle Box will not open - GSM-Forum

I recently purchased Miracle Box. I have not been able to get it to open at all. I can get firmware updater to work, and download 130 files to the box. But when I try to open the software, nothing happens. The software never opens.

I tried to JKmobile53 to help me, but was not able to give me any answers. This is 64 bit runnning windows 10. I have followed every guide I have seen to resolve this issue, including uninstalling, reinstalling. I reinstalled the drivers. I changed compatabilty mode. I deleted handle.ini

If anyone can give me some sort of insight, I'd be greatly appreciative.
