only ... some file missing -reinstall setup ... message

i formet my pc .. hardisk new patition ... but same prob... plz help me team ....

all old exe remove and restart pc
after run new version MIRACLE FRP TOOL Version 1.13

Hello Miracle Team ,
I have Issues using the Miracle FRP Tool .
1. I tried openining the Tool ... Version 1.12 and always got Error ... Old Version , download New Version .
2. I have downloaded the New Version , 1.13 , but always get Error ... cannot connect to the SERVER .
3. I have uninstalled the Version 1.12 , restarted my Computer yet Error persists .
4. Do i have to UNISTAL or DELETE the Old Version 1.12 ?
Your advisory Feedback shall be appreciated .
