Miracle shell has almost no file!!!!(Answered)

it has been almost a week since i bought miracle box and i couldn't be more dis-satisfied with it's server and shell

first i get this error when i open the shell

second apart from sboot and frp section i couldn't find any other file on the sever.



is the server empty or i'm having problem!

i just bought this box and i'm not familiar with it servers.
even inside the miracle in the about/download section
when i refresh list to gain access to Server file. i see
India
Pakistan
Andonasia
etc...
it has all this sub folder but not file inside it.
if the server is else where please do tell me how to gain access to it.
