Hard Reset: Press and hold Volume UP + Power key it will show fastboot recovery in green screen. continue press and hold don't leave the keys until it shows recovery in red screen. as soon as red screen appears press home key and android logo will come. select wipe data/ factory reset and press power key to confirm now select yes -- delete all user data press Power key to confirm. now reboot device. Karbonn A5 Star hard reset 1. Charge the battery 100%. 2. Turn off your KArbonn Andorid phone. Turn ON the device by pressing and holding the VOLUME UP key and the power key together until the phone shortly vibrates. 3. When Android system recovery menu appears, release VOLUME key. 4. Highlight wipe data/Factory reset using volume key. 5. Confirm with Power or Cancel using BACK key. 6. After hard reset is done, highlight reboot system now and confirm your selection. Note! All data will be deleted! | |
