my miracle work only v2.8 .... after 2.8 no work any update as v2.9 to v2.12

when i update 2.9 or any other update it show this massgae " your Miracle box is not conected "

same problem with me my box n dongle was working fine with 2.11 but after update to v2.12 show same problem,
