Miracle team whats wrong

My pc canot detect mtk phone....

1. New win7 32bit (full Format Pc)

2. new miracle updated main setup

3.New Latest Mtk drivers...installed

4.No antivirus installed my pc...

5.last option what can i doooooooooo

6.other tools working fine read write repair..(volcano,sptool,cmt,infinity)

sir am full tied...last few days sever problem...( tilll date mtk problem..)

sir pls solve my problem
