Mircale box software 2.80 not opening - GSM-Forum

please i dont unerstand why is not opening me the software after installation the latest version 2.8.
i was checking in google at didn't find there something relevant.
what can be the problem ?

Same problem, just a information page of Miracle Thunder appears and then goes off. nothing happens after that

I turned on my Miracle Box after more than a year. Pwr light is on, drivers installed. v2.80 Installed but when I open Miracle app it only shows a information page about Miracle Thunder and it goes off, box is not opening, please help soon. Have also bought my new Miracle Key
