Member: 1712008 Status: Offline Sonork: access111 Thanks Meter: 11 | Okay now read another play of process... First check if the box shows in the device manager, or com.ports, (by plugin and removing the box cable to notice any change) if all seems well, then remove the serial cable in front of the box $ check again, noting that the box must beep and blink blue/red light when the software is launched , if there seems to be no response from software and the system drivers are up to date and that you've try winxp$ win7 both 32bit ... then there is a problem inside the box or if you have just bought the box then there is a chance that the box's already bad from production or a cloned type. my advice is for you to seek technical advice from an authorized dealer, never try any online hardware solution. ...................... ofaj links technology ............................ |

I have also checked it with the old versions in the clean system, but the problem still exists. when I connect the box, there is no beep sound. when the software launches, the red light doesn't blink but the blue one does. The blue one blinks for a few seconds and then the alarm light turns on. Therefore the green and read light are on and an error says buy the box. |

Member: 706023 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1647210 Thanks Meter: 75 | I bought it in 2013 and have been using it since then. I installed version 1.03 in order to repair firmware of box and I can see com port of box in the device manager, but the box software doesn't recognize the com port of box. Is there any way to repair the firmware of box? |
