i make a post and asking some help but the supporter closed the thread without solving the problem can i asked the user here how many is encountered and having problem like this.
maybe if the miracle knows how many user are have problem then they will give us a time for solving this bugs.
but for now i need help if any one can help me i really appreciate thank you in advance

the driver is already installed but still error but anyway thank you for the help i turn it back to customer have a nice day to all
