Miracle setup have virus.. version 2.59 (Replied And Closed!)

Team miracle m using your box from last 2 years !
Last week u released new version of ur miracle 2.59 in this setup have virus..Bc i losted my important data.. flash file and even all ftp.. who is responsible for this ??
What I do now.. ?

Why the hell u don't chek this problem before posting virus ??

Need answer.. and dont dare to delete this thread before solve my problem??

first of all we already Apologies for this issue.

now format pc and make fresh installation of windows then install quick heal total security antivirus and scan full system bcoz of my case after scan my file is back to normal.
