QA4 lite restarts but i am new user help me

i have 2 pices of Qmobile A4 lite. it is restarts after some times. i have tried many pac files but not going to solved. how to repair these phones. help me please.

i have tried bin files also but with with bin file sets going to dead.

sorry brother,
i took a good working phone just now and uploaded pac files with miracle box but now it is restarting.

no any file is working....

it is sure, miracle box also filed to write pac files in spd 6810.20.

now what do you say support team....................????
