qmobile held of logo when i read miracel software gives error and closed plz help these are logs

O my dear brother i am trying to flash this cell but when cell conneting and boot starting flash the miracel software gives error and closed so many times i do and software closed after some seconds i cannot share logs because software gives error and closed at that time.is windows 7 not supported for miracel?what i have to do.
