Qualcomm phone create port but not detected in software - GSM-Forum

Phone detected in device manager also create port but while I unlock, flash any Qualcomm phone it gives error phone not found...

its look like driver is ok try to disable driver signature enforcement if not solved then contact me or any miracle team Product Supporter.
