that someone is just trying to fool you to do format, analysis failed meaning it didn't know your unit so if you do format it going to hang on logo or white display,

the only sulotion is to find compatible (or much batter) same pac file then flash it,

if you read the phone firmware, (specially) in bin format do not attempt to flash it, your unit going to dead.
