Start your Windows 7 64-bit with F8 key and choose 'Disable Driver Signature Enforcement'. Your spd driver will work then.

I AM USE WIN 7 64 BIT 2 YEARS THIS METHOD

Start your Windows 7 64-bit with F8 key and choose 'Disable Driver Signature Enforcement'. Your spd driver will work then.
