SPD 6820/8810 after root shows restart problem

first i rooted the phone via iRoot and succeded after that i connected the phone with miracle to write imei. imei write completed but the phone after imei restarts on logo. i couldn't find the flash file on the web. Miracle team please help.

I face this problem today too! the phone came pattern locked! just click read info the phone unlocks the pattern but when i slide to unlock the screen it stuck their not opening, format it the phone hango on logo and restarts!
