Dear Sir

After opening internet browser there are 3 to 4 options at bottom side of screen like tabs for pages, forward or backward arrow . When I click on these options touch is not working and does not sense these options. Means on these bottom side option touch is not working even same issue with other browser like UC browser and in some other applications which have bottom side options to click . but same way at bottom side touch is working to search contacts , for new sms etc.

try to hard reset
with wipe data reset

how to boot in recovery mod ? which options needs to press ?

it is restarting not going into recovery mod , i tried with volum up and down but always restart

Yes i restarted in recovery mode by holding Both Volume up + down keys (center) with power button, i wiped data cashe with wipe data reset but problem still same ....
