Do I need to buy renewal for 1 year support before buying miracle frp pack?

or can activate directly without support renewal?

only Xioami Login User can Use Meizu Pack and Samsung Pack
Because Xioami Login, Meizu, Samsung is 1 Credit System

Only Xiaomi Login user can use other pack for Limited Time Offer

Soon we change Xiaomi User Pack to Xiaomi Login Pack
