vivo screenunlocks not working please solve this issue

i have a vivo v11 pro 1804 with pin lock and want to reset pin lock without data loss so there is option to do this thing called vivo screen unlocks in Qualcomm tab in miracle box so i try this in two different pcs but in both pc and my laptop its gave same error so please see this screenshot and give me solution (this function is in other box also and working smoothly but i don't have any other box except miracle box )

so if miracle box give this function for help to unlock but its not working at all i have try this option many time with different vivo (Qualcomm) phone but no success

First try read partition option it's success then try Vivi screen unlock option

but there is no instruction about this ting in miracle box ..usually when we try to made some job for phone a instruction are available in miracle box screen but in this case their is no any instructions

so if anyone know please guide me
