mi has changed its policy. All tool that use server are off
at same time.

Yes Mi made 2factor authnication on mi Authorised account.. for every login u will get otp via SMS / email..

So all team servers are down

WoW.... So i have bought a product which had nothing than issues and empty promises. I have never got reply from a support to any issue i have had (Redmi Note 7 bootloader unlock was not working for example) and now it´s lost function alltogether... What is refund policy here?

Redmi Note 7 bootloader unlock works. It is not just connected in fastboot mode and pressed unlock. Follow instructions or other success reports. You need specific version of firmware on which you can unlock. You will have blank screen, but phone will be detected in fastboot mode. After unlock you will need to flash stock firmware
