zen x13 dead after format - GSM-Forum

problem was some contacts and message unable to delete
after format set is dead not even connecting to pc

First of all always make back your phone then try to format

now you need ok working file

try to find and flash

already have backup file, but phone is not connecting
any solution

use full chrged of betry
need boot your phone
or chek rxtx point if on board
then flash it with rx tx
