only by model name we can not make your problem solve .. you need to put CPU details here

if gen1 u can calculate code
but if gen2 u need to downgrade first.

to know if it is gen1 or gen2 :
Search for Ask Mr Pigfish in the Market and install the app.
Open Ask Mr Pigfish.
If the first line says "Mr Pigfish says you have a G1 model.", then the ZTE Blade is Gen1.
If the first line says "Mr Pigfish says you have a G2 model.", then the ZTE Blade is Gen2.

when i turn it on it does not boot only shows the android picture and i cant reboot it to format what could be the solution
