Is damaged ? Just buy a new Asansam Dongle .is bad ?

use this driver: Asansam dongle(gpg green) driver 100% working Asansam dongle(gpg green) driver 100% working .and Card-Reader_PKey_XP.exe. and select the language is English

I install ASANSAM_ALL-in-One_Rev1.0.0.exe . But always got error message ：SMART CARD FAILURE I(5), and the red and green light always at the same time bright
