I have a question....If I need to remove the password on an Android phone it says I need to root the phone. But how can I root the phone if it is locked with a password?

You can reset password without root or usb debugging for most android phones

I read the manual and watched the videos.

On every site where this dongle is sold it says that I "NEED ROOT" to be able to remove the password.

Another question... This dongle only works with Samsung phones? What phones can I SIM unlock with this dongle? Do I need to buy credits or is it free and unlimited?

Hi Asansam team.
I bought this FoneFunShop Unlocking Box - gives comms/rj45 cable support when I bought my Asansam dongle. The card works very well in this box, however, the RJ45 cable does not work.
Do i have to download the software for the Asansam box for this box to work best?
