Root OK
Usb Debugging OK
USB connection OK
Select Port OK (COM258)
*#7274# -> UART MODEM, USB MODEM -> OK
everything OK!!! :-s ...and...

Turn-on the Phone Goto 'Settings > Application > Development'
And Check 'Usb Debugging' Then Connect Usb Cable To Phone And Install Needed Driver.

your problem is connection only(please check connection pc)

If yes, how can I root the phone?

This root method did not help:

check usb debugging
open cmd
type cd C:\ASANSAM2\DATA\Loaders
type adb reboot
phone rebooted now

this error is for usb connection only and dont try again

Swap the UART port. Use Vygis / Sigma or old RS232 COM as interface at UART step.
